Haute Quarter Grill is both a bar and a restaurant offering contemporary American cuisine featuring Alaskan seafood. You can try a delicious halibut fish and chips. The star of the menu is the Jambalaya sea grill dish: scallops, prawns, mussels, clams, creamed tomato sauce, adouille sausage, smoked ham, rice and coriander cream. Very nice selection of cocktails, wines, local beers and whiskies for the amateurs of the kind. The room is cosy with comfortable benches.
