At Ginger, the atmosphere is lounge. At the bar, we start with a creative cocktail. And on the plate, you'll discover a rather upscale Pacific cuisine, an opportunity to get acquainted with the very expensive local salmon and halibut. A fusion cuisine with Asian accents, flavored with coriander, lemongrass, sesame, like the first course, the seared tuna, crispy with seeds, with a spicy papaya salad and a tamarind sauce. We note the menu of vegetarian dishes and invigorating soups, and equally inspired dishes. A good table.
