Behind the address are the owners of Mémé Joe, and behind the dishes Dominique Dubray, Toque d'Auvergne, of the Altiligérien restaurant La Bougnate. Petit bémol : dommage que les briochettes aux pépites de chocolat ne soient plus proposées, elles étaient délicieuses !
