The rooms of this exceptional house dating back to 1920 and the common areas were completely renovated in 2015 and everything was done to make you feel at home. - [ ] I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel staying here. Coming in, we were charmed by the familial feel of the hotel. The male owner was very welcoming and from check in, gave us recommendations about the area and everything we needed to know about the hotel. We were staying for a while, so we were satisfied with the charm and amiable male host. However, the cleaning person was extremely rude. When asking if she could come back for turn-down service 5 minutes later. She started to rush us, saying that it was her last room. She left garbage in the room leading us to believe that we had to throw away our trash somewhere outside the hotel. The female host was also extremely rude from the beginning of our stay. We had started to avoid her when we could. We did not feel comfortable asking her questions or running into her at all. We were told all of the fees that came with borrowing towels and breakfast, etc. at check in. Yet, when we went down to the desk to ask for towels, she acted like we couldn’t afford to rent them (a few euros per towel). We had two rooms under different names and different reservations for four people. As one person in our party got sick, one person was forced to get a room at a nearby hotel for the last night of our 8 night stay. We planned to check out and meet at the other hotel to catch our train. At checkout for the one room, we were told charges that did not compute. Upon looking at the itemized bill we tried to reconcile the bill with the items and services used (breakfast, minibar, towels). The calculations were off. The other person in our party had to come back to dispute the charges. We informed the woman that we had a train to catch and we don’t have time for the wrong charges. She told us to wake up earlier. I indicated that that is horrible customer service and used some choice words. She did not have anything to say. Finally she recalculated and gave us the correct price. I paid and turned to leave as our car had arrived to take us to the train station. She started to inquire about the other room that the sick person was still in (a completely different reservation). As two of us stated that the other person was still in their room (this was ahead of the checkout time) and we had a train to catch. She grabbed the third person’s bag as they were pushing it toward the entrance, in an effort to stop us from leaving. She started to play tug of war with the bag. As three of us sternly tell her to let go of the bag, she finally does. It seemed that because all of our party consists of young adults and most of us black young adults, the female host had decided from the beginning of our stay to be rude. We kept the rooms clean and adhered to all rules, so the poor attitude was extremely uncalled for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was charming but basic and her actions were inexcusable. There are much better hotels in the area. Do not stay here! Charging the wrong price should warrant an apology not assault.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel, et je dois dire que mon séjour a été une expérience décevante et frustrante du début à la fin. Malgré les avis positifs que j'avais lus en ligne, je n'ai trouvé aucune raison de recommander cet établissement à quiconque. L’accueil était très désagréable, les chambres étaient sales et mal entretenues et le service était médiocre.
En résumé, mon séjour à l'hôtel a été une déception totale. L'établissement ne mérite certainement pas ses éloges en ligne. Je ne peux que conseiller aux futurs voyageurs d'éviter cet hôtel à tout prix. Il y a sûrement des options bien meilleures et plus agréables disponibles dans la ville.

Mukava pikku hotelli. Palvelu saa 10+. Erittäin hyvä keskeinen sijainti. Ei nyt mitään luksusta mutta erittäin hyvä hinta/laatu suhde.
