Located at an altitude of 2,000 meters, Chalet Marano offers intimate, luxurious family rooms and suites. Wood, stone and metal: the décor irresistibly evokes the special atmosphere of the mountains. The restaurant serves local dishes made with fresh produce. We particularly appreciate the panoramic terrace, directly accessible via the dedicated blue slope, and the wellness and relaxation area with sauna, spa (over 16s only) and hammam. A swimming pool is planned for the near future.

Удобно расположен, стильный, модный, уютный.
Ресторан внизу, к сожалению, не очень вкусный, но на один вечер вполне подойдет.
Из минусов я бы отметил отсутствие в номере минибара, что странно при наличии холодильника - вполне можно было бы наполнить минибар или сделать хотя бы такую опцию по желанию клиентов перед заездом, добавить к двум капсулам кофе ещё две, сделать подогрев пола в ванной (уже, конечно, невозможно) и сделать чтобы по выходным ресепшн работал без перерыва на обед.
В остальном все отели в Изола надо закрыть и снести и построить такие отели как Chalet Marano и тогда Изола станет модным курортом, а не студенческим.
La décoration est magnifique et cosy, l'hôtel est bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la station.
Le personnel est attentionné et professionnel.
La propreté toujours irréprochable.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, il y a un énorme choix et les produits sont de qualité.
On mange souvent sur place et là encore, nous n'avons jamais été déçues par le restaurant.
Nous avons aussi testé le spa, avec les massages de Christelle, absolument exceptionnels.
En fait, c'est bien rare, mais il n'y a vraiment aucune ombre au tableau, vraiment rien à redire. Nous reviendrons dès que possible, merci pour tout.
