French neoclassical castle to visit, with a park of rare Mediterranean species and a villa
Villa Eleinroc is well worth a visit during one of your walks in Cap d'Antibes! It's a French neoclassical château surrounded by 11 hectares of parkland in the heart of Cap d'Antibes. Built by architect Charles Garnier between 1860 and 1867, who named it "Eilenroc", an anagram of Cornélie, his wife's first name, this park and villa are sometimes open to visitors (check opening hours). The park, with its rare Mediterranean species, exudes calm and serenity, and boasts beautiful views of the sea.

Cette très jolie maison est entourée d'un parc et d'une belle roseraie. La maison se visite quelques jours dans la semaine. Elle mérite un détour.
Careful! It is not the hotel park Eden Roc, but the park Villa Eilenroc, this hotel, but belonging to a foundation and used by the city of Antibes (www.antibes-juanlespins.com). This park will give an idea of what was the size of the years 1930, what some was *Belle a époque" ...
This park is magnigic. The peace and quiet reignent. You can find many trees and many fine specimens, lots of flowers different colours. Magnificent sea views are discovered. With my opinion, visit unmissable if you visit Antibes.
