Located in the heart of the Imperial Hotel Garoupe, the restaurant offers a magical setting with a 50-seat room bathed in light and a terrace adjacent to the swimming pool where you can enjoy the bold cuisine of Pierre-Alain Garnier: king crab smoked with citrus fruits, accompanied by broccoli of the Greek cooked country and a granity of rockets, the filet of lamb Iberico of Aragon, with its declination of fresh peas, or the foie gras with morilles. The Williams pear, Williams pear with bitter chocolate, crumble of Breton sandstone, ivory ivory or apple pie, served with his Pink Lady compode, burbon ganache, caramel sauce, punctuate the menu that changes daily according to the chef's inspirations.
