In a place of mountain inspiration, Claire and his team welcome you in their small restaurant/shop not like others where you can enjoy fresh pasta, soups, salads, cheese or cheese trays (one or two people), waffles and pancakes (salted and sweet). Pasta enthusiasts will be delighted because everything is home, prepared in front of you and served dildo with a choice sauce: bologna, carbonara, pesto and roquefort/gorgonzola. The map offers formulas including a large, medium or small bowl (for children) with a drink and dessert for excellent value for money, especially for quality and freshness of recipes. The other part of the hotel is dedicated to the fine grocery shop named «Le Chalet O Flavours» which sells a wide variety of local products from the Valley and Italy - honey, jams, terrine of Moustiers, Sainte-Marie etc. - and a wine cellar and liqueurs. This gourmet boutique is a delight for the eyes and the taste buds.

Nous avons commandé 2 portions de frites et avons du payer 1 euro de supplément pour du Ketchup.
Une fois à table (nous sommes à 2 mn à pieds) les frites sont complètement molles. Ce n'était pas mauvais mais ce n'était pas des frites fraîches mais rechauffées.
Le poulet que nous avons eu était un poulet réchauffé. Rien à voir avec les poulets croustillant qui étaient en train de rôtir à la broche.
