Les Arcades, subtitled La Table de Laurent, is a traditional restaurant perched at an altitude of 1,629 metres offering homemade cuisine made from fresh produce. Product quality, controlled cooking, aesthetics and generosity in the plate. It must be said that the Master Restaurateur Laurent Métral is a member of the Culinary College of France. Pan-fried foie gras escalope with quince caramel, beef fillet heart with porcini mushrooms or sea bass fillet with lemongrass on the Symphony menu. Refined and warm atmosphere to savour the best Savoyard specialities. Beautiful wine list. A very nice address in Les Saisies.

Venu manger ce mercredi soir pour la énième fois, accompagné de ma famille ; rien à dire : juste excellent : Un vrai gastronomique comme on les aime . Patronne reconnaissante de ces clients qu elle ne voit qu une fois par an ( pour ma part, cause juste pour skier) Et surtout, ne rater les ris de veau....Bravo à toute l équipe
