PIC DU MIDI - NUIT AU SOMMET

Les prestations pour lesquelles j'ai payé :
1/coucher du soleil,
2/ciel étoilé,
3/voir dans télescope,
4/lever du soleil,
JE N'AI RIEN EU DE TOUT ça.
Ils ont le culot de dire qu'ils m'offrent "gratuitement" 1 bon pour 1 journée de 45€, DE JOUR !
-LA REPONSE à ma réclamation "pas de leur faute, la météo...", mais parapente... ils repoussent si mauvaise météo !
- Dans les 380€ j'ai eu :
le diner "38€"
Chambre lit 1 place.
- Leur "spectacle planétarium" ?
Allez voir "la cité de l'espace" à Toulouse, 25€ c'est GRANDIOSE !
Je suis aide à domicile, 380€ est 1 fortune pour moi.

Ambiance très agréable, un guide super passionné par les étoiles ..
Repas de très bonne qualité, service impeccable
Chambre spartiate mais confortable et très propre

Sensationnel, que dire de plus pour notre nuit passée au Pic du Midi !
Du soleil, des sensations et des étoiles plein les yeux.
Merci encore à nos deux guides astronomes qui nous ont fait découvrir tant des choses.

Une expérience unique! Nous avons bénéficié de conditions météo quasi optimales pour profiter de la vue sur toute la chaîne pyrénéenne. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont très confortables. Le dîner est digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais dans une salle en belvédère sur les montagnes. Magique!

- Visit site (terraces and museum): Terraces cancelled: No possibility of exit because of risks of
fallen from snow-drifts, vision with 2m.
- Aperitif: ok
- Sunset: Cancelled
- Dine traditional local produce: ok
- Entertainment astronomy with discovered star commented on by a professional entertainer and access to the cupola
Charvin: Cancelled: replaced by an entertainment: vision of a website on a canvas projection with explanations.
- Night at the top in double room: ok
- Sunrise over the Pyrenees accompanied by a continental breakfast: Sunrise over the chain
from the Pyrenees cancelled
- Visit domes of the scientific districts: ok
- Return to La Mongie in the morning without we can see the view.
I had confidence as it was organised by a region, but with small paths and this service is expensive,
I prefer to telephone before validating my reservation, for more information.
I explained to my interlocutress how this souvenir was important for me and I asked whether we were available
to fully enjoy this stay. It answered me that the site was above the clouds and that it was
very rare that it does no clear view (I learned later that was not so rare); I insisted:
it is preferable that I reserve for another date (we were on Monday, December 3 and did remain a room Friday the 7th), perhaps in summer for more safety? "But not do not worry" and in any case there are activities planned and a planetarium (which I still are). I fié, if a site is well placed to know the weather, it is the pic du midi!
I really feel to have bought a lottery ticket: you pay, but you do not know why:
some guests pay service and have it, others are the losers and satisfied with what you concedes.
I do not find that not correct, because it is a large sum for one night (in any case for us).
They would have to cancel and other dates to us: because the group has kept a bitter taste.
It seems to me that our case falls under your general terms of sale in the R211-11 Art.
I a unpretentious: one sent to me 2 starters for a sudden pic: With us to pay us a new stay
and to help financing in the region!
