RAMBLA DE LOS CONSTITUYENTES

It was created by the Feminist Patriotic Committee of Carmelo and inaugurated on December 7, 1930, in commemoration of the centennial of the^4th Constitution of the country. It was here that Hernandarias introduced cattle to Uruguay. It is a very beautiful building that gives the city a certain charm. It is absolutely necessary to walk on its terraces and its rotunda which contains the fountain of the Tentaciones. It extends towards the port by the calle José de San Martin.
