Whoever comes to the Cabo has to taste the night atmosphere of this tavern shaped in a vast grove of exuberant plants. The place only comes alive late after dinner, around midnight. You're not dreaming: here the walls are vegetal, intertwined branches forming green caves lit by candlelight around the zinc of José, emblematic character of the Cabo. The exchange is always exciting. At José's, we drink of course, but above all we rethink the world and we philosophize until the early morning, often to the sound of some guitars and percussions.
