MAN IN THE MOON

In Kyōto as in many cities in the world, the Irish are present. Or at least they were the inspiration of many bars. The latter, close to Kyōto railway station, is a large half-smoker semi-smoker, where salarymen presses at the exit of the desks, both to enjoy the happy hour and to taste one of the 60 types of window whiskies or one of the 7 beers. The atmosphere is more casual at weekends.
