On the menu of this pleasant izakaya: Japanese stews based on seafood and meats, hearty and warm, the whole accompanied by drinks at will. The little extra: a very nice view on Shinjuku, especially in the evening. The setting is urban Japanese, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Tables with a view can be reserved, as well as private rooms for groups. At lunchtime, the teishoku menu includes rice, miso soup, a meat or fish dish, and vegetables for a very reasonable price.
