For those who love ramen, this is the place to sample noodle specialties from all over Japan and their distinctive flavours.

Located on the5th floor of the gigantic Aqua City shopping mall, this noodle "dance" alley (if the name is anything to go by) specializes in ramen. Six noodle restaurateurs of various kinds, renowned throughout Japan, come here to showcase the different flavors of this staple of Japanese cuisine. Tsukemen or miso noodles, oyster or lobster soup, the bowls served here are out of the ordinary, to the delight of our taste buds.
