A stone's throw from the metro, this restaurant, which dates back to 1928, specialises in tempura but also serves ramen. The prices are really reasonable for the area and the quality of the food. Perfect for a quick meal on the go before going on a visit! For the record, hage means bald. As the owner didn't have much hair, the restaurant was given the nickname "hageten", the bald man's tempura. The name remained and brought him luck, as there are now many branches all over Japan.
