Excellent shōjin-ryōri, the vegetarian cuisine of Buddhist monks, usually based on tōfu. According to tradition, the recipes change with the seasons. The name of the restaurant, Bon, means "the faithful" in the Buddhist tradition and was chosen in reference to the origins of the cuisine proposed here, deeply rooted in this philosophy. It is a traditional restaurant with individual dining rooms, coffee tables and tatami. For those who prefer to sit at a Western-style table, this is also possible. By reservation only.
