I left the key in the room and a day later they took 30$ of my creditcard which is possible. After writing an email they accused me of stealing the key (???). They were very rude to us. We couldnt go back as we were on our way and the costs of petrol would be over 30$. Probably they knew this ????

This is an amazing place, very quiet and cozy. I stayed here 3 times already. My go to accommodation when I’m in Otjiwarongo. Jane and Dawid’s are such amazing host. Rooms, breakfast 10/10.

I only stayed for a night but the staff were friendly and the check-in/checkout was very easy. The room was nice and clean.

Pasamos dos noches en este alojamiento y es nuestro favorito de toda Namibia. La habitación que nos dieron era espaciosa, muy bien decorada, limpia, y con unos jabones de regalo. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas, cada habitación tiene una mesita fuera para estar tranquilo en el exterior, el desayuno está muy rico y lo mejor de todo, la atención del personal. Siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar con todas nuestras preguntas. Muchas gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.
