The Hardap Dam office is the tourist office for the town of Hardap Dam. The town is home to Namibia's largest dam, Hardap, on the Fish River. It's a true fisherman's paradise, with regular annual competitions organized for enthusiasts. But few people know that the small Hardap Reserve is a haven for black rhino, giraffe, oryx, springbok, kudu, Hartmann's mountain zebra and black-backed jackal, and that the dam and its surroundings are home to one of Namibia's most strategic white pelican breeding colonies. The Hardap Dam office is an ideal starting point for discovering the region's attractions and activities.
