Cité Climat de France, designed by architect Fernand Pouillon, is located in one of France's most working-class neighborhoods.

The city Climat de France, located in one of the most popular districts, cannot be visited but it can interest the amateurs of architecture. In this case, avoid going there on foot and ask a cab to accompany you. In the 1950s, when the Algerian population was suffering from pauperization and the city from the slumming of its suburbs, Mayor Jacques Chevalier commissioned architect Fernand Pouillon to build the Cité Climat de France.
