MILK BAR

During a walk in the center, we inevitably pass in front of this piece of memory that has not changed much. The Milk Bar was the target, on September 30, 1956, of the FLN attack that most marked the spirits during what was called the "events". Since then, the Milk Bar has become more of an ice cream parlor and a tea room than a real bar. Ideal for a coffee-cream-cake, the Milk Bar has a beautiful and pleasant terrace overlooking the place de l'Émir Abdelkader. A welcome break while visiting the city.
