In an alleyway near Place Audin, l'Etalon is a very popular restaurant, as much for its culinary proposals around meat and fish as for its musical evenings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It is better to reserve to be at these evenings. But beware, for those who want to have a quiet chat, the music is very loud on those days
Beyond these great musical evenings, L'Étalon is an excellent address that we recommend for gourmets, especially for its copious mechoui.

It is too expensive. The codes of gastronomy there are imitated, mimed, nothing more. Some meat ends served in a matching dish for the decor on a pretty white tablecloth… The tower is played! Marketing, you pay the decorum… Unfortunately, the music was not that day, I were alone in the room. The two employees were professional, ceremonious and sickly sweet with want facing the tired and lost traveller who I was…
