You're immersed in the heart of chocolate! In addition to its valuable didactic role, the museum helps to affirm the tradition of Swiss chocolate. At the very heart of the Alprose factory, from the top of a footbridge, you can observe the different phases of chocolate production: from the liquefaction of cocoa to the packaging of the finished product.
MONTE CASLANO NATURAL PARK
Read moreThis small natural park, which borders the village of Caslano, is a great place to go for a walk. Located on the hill that dominates the town (Monte Caslano protected by the Confederation, 523 m) and surrounded largely by the lake, a didactic path runs approximately around it, equipped with panels describing the fauna and flora of this small corner of nature. With a large number of botanical varieties, 600 plant species and 150 mosses have been identified.
