Producer: Pierre and Dominique Beaufils-Barraquet have been raising goslings and ducks ready to be force-fed as well as chickens for more than thirty years. Two of their flagship products have received the "Manche terroir" label. This collective brand brings together a selection of products made by craftsmen and producers in the Manche region.
Flagship product: whole and semi-preserved foie gras (23 € per 180 g).
Other products: confits, gizzards, terrines, rillettes, roasted goose with orange, and cooked dishes such as rabbit à la normande or with prunes from their son Jean's farm.
