Situated in the centre of Neuchâtel in the middle of the "Rog de Vauseyon" (astonishing area of Wild Gorges crossing the dwellings and leading to the medieval village of Valangin), this former 17 th-century brewery, renovated in accordance with its history, offers splendid rooms, all different as well as a gourmet restaurant led by Jean-Yves Drevet (in Gault and Millau). Here the history and modern comfort blend perfectly with a result that is unique to the dream, to simple pleasures, and to rest despite its centrality. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Neuchâtel.

Tout était partait. Le menu découverte en fut une vraie. Des saveurs pour tous les goûts, du frais, du poisson, de la chasse, de la fondue, excellent ! Le personnel est attentif et discret et le chef est très sympathique.

Un excellent service, des goûts et des saveurs (foie gras + truffes) magnifiques. Une carte avec des produits du terroir. Bravo ! Attention peut-être à la chaleur des plats. Merci pour ce bon moment !
