Situated in the centre of Neuchâtel in the middle of the "Rog de Vauseyon" (astonishing area of Wild Gorges crossing the dwellings and leading to the medieval village of Valangin), this former 17 th-century brewery, renovated in accordance with its history, offers splendid rooms, all different as well as a gourmet restaurant led by Jean-Yves Drevet (in Gault and Millau). Here the history and modern comfort blend perfectly with a result that is unique to the dream, to simple pleasures, and to rest despite its centrality. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Neuchâtel.

La qualité, la présentation de la cuisine sont irréprochable, malheureusement la terrasse couverte date un peu et son architecture ne colle pas avec le lieu…

Soirée découverte avec un menu surprenant de saveur et d’explosion en bouche.

Amélioration envisageable: un peu plus de pains, proposition de plusieurs mignardises au café. La sélection des vins proposée était parfaite avec le repas et de très bonne qualité. Peut-être la quantité était un peu limite. Critique constructive, très bonne table. Nous y retournerons !
