Visite avec audio guide rapide et instructive. Le long de la visite, il y a des jeux (questions/réponses, reconnaître des senteurs, ...), des panneaux d'informations et un atelier vitré de fabrication du gruyère où on peut voir toutes les phases de production. 3 échantillons de fromage nous sont donnés, et ont différents stade de maturation. Il y a aussi une boutique et un restaurant.

Cette visite est très rapide, vous avez une partie exposition à suivre avec un audio guide et une partie de démonstration à différentes heures de la journée (à consulter sur internet ou à l'accueil) . N'oublié pas de prendre à l'entrée les 3 fromages à déguster. Un restaurant et une boutique se trouvent dans la maison.
Juste à côté de l'accueil vous pouvez admirer les caves à fromage et la machine qui les retourne et lustre les meules.
