It is the restaurant of the Swiss Gruyère cheese factory. In a large, bright room, in front of the mountains, there are typical regional dishes: menu in Swiss Gruyère AOC, fondue Half-half, cheese trays of different sizes, cottage soup, macaroni of alpine pastures, ham, meringues and cream.

Very tasteful and interesting visit !
We've been in this uncommon restaurant that is also part of a museum, since it hosts the "Maison du Gruyère", a cheese factory where the world-famous cheese is produced. You'll follow an itinerary during which all its secrets will be revealed in an amusing way; and of course don't forget to taste it at the restaurant!

Bon restaurant pour goûter les spécialités de Gruyère. Le restaurant est à proximité du charmant village de Gruyères. C'est un endroit agréable pour manger et les repas servit sont très bon.

Si vous voulez déguster la meilleure des fondues savoyardes vous êtes à la bonne adresse. Ici on sert dans la règle de l'art. Ne cherchez pas l'appareil à fondue que nous avons tous. Là c'est du traditionnel, un régal dans un cadre charmant et tellement typique. Seul bémol le prix élevé mais venir à gruyeres et ne pas déguster une vraie fondue c'est comme aller à Venise et ne pas prendre une gondole. Je vous conseille la double crème en dessert. C'est une spécialité servie dans un petit écrin de chocolat noir. C'est un vrai petit miracle dans la bouche Vous verrez et c'est également la grande spécialité de la région. Et tout ça face aux montagnes enneigées. Un pur bonheur, je vous le conseille fortement.
