Cocooning and warm, this restaurant, run by the friendly couple who own the Art Boutique-Hotel Beau-Séjour, is located in a historic village building. You will be welcomed in a mountainous and friendly atmosphere. The decoration is well done, whether you sit by the fire, at the bar, at a small romantic table or at a large table d'hôtes, in the smoking room or on the terrace. The speciality of the house is the wood-fired grill. The menu offers tempting variations of meats such as the Simmental beef fillet with syrah sauce.

Chalet romantique
Hôtel restaurant situé dans un chalet romantique et rustique joliment décoré par la maitresse des lieux. La cuisine est au top et c'est une adresse à retenir.

Quand on reste le weekend sur Champery, c'est notre coin pour une assiette valaisanne sur ardoise et une bonne fondue au fromage dans ce cadre montagnard.
En plus c'est a quelques pas de l'hôtel suisse on l'on réside.
Prix raisonnable pour une station de ski.
