With a breathtaking view of the Glacier des Grands, the Aiguille du Tour and the Rhône Valley, and located at the northern tip of the Mont-Blanc massif, the Hotel du Col de la Forclaz provides access to the upper Trient valley, a paradise for alpine hikers in summer and winter alike. The rooms are very 1970s, but this is offset by the friendliness of the staff.
