Hotel Holiday is a 3-star establishment offering a simple, warm chalet-style stay. It is ideally located just an 8-minute walk from Zermatt train station, 3 minutes from the Sunnegga funicular departure station and 10 minutes from the Matterhorn Museum. The simple rooms feature Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges and balconies. Some rooms offer mountain views and/or a sitting area with sofa. The hotel has a cosy restaurant, a lounge bar with terrace open in season, and a ski room with boot dryer. A buffet breakfast is available, as is bike storage. The hotel is child-friendly and accepts pets. Laundry service is also available.

Soirée raclette “à gogo”...rien de bien compliqué. Pourtant il faut attendre 25 minutes entre deux portions de fromage...bref, 35.- pour manger 4 portions de fromage...très décevant.

Enfin, une adresse de restaurant à Zermatt où la carte propose diverses propositions qui ne sont pas du traditionnel valaisan au fromage (Raclette, fondue, etc.)
De plus, à titre très positif et prouvant que la nourriture est fraîche, ladite carte est limitée à des mets variés pour tous les goûts.

Cadre pas chaleureux.....mais le repas était très bon |||<<< decue >>...

Menu de Noël excellent mais l'assiette de fromages n'était pas à la hauteur des plats cuisinés. Un chariot aurait été souhaité. L'accueil très chaleureux et les cafés et grappa offerts trés appréciés.

Servie à l'assiette. Un peu long quand il y a du monde mais le personnel fait au mieux. Cadre sympathique.
