Looking for the atmosphere of a pinte vaudoise? This is the real neighborhood bistro, with no fuss but high standards when it comes to the quality of the food. The Café Central, run by chef Nocente and his wife Stefania, prepares delicious southern Italian specialities: orecchiette with cime di rapa and fresh fennel sausage, fresh tuna meatballs stuffed with caciocavallo and a tiramisu from the competition's mamma, all enjoyed behind lace curtains and under tulip shades.
