Offering magnificent views of the lake and the Alps, Domaine des Faverges (15.4 ha) was owned by the Abbey of Hauterive for almost seven hundred years before becoming the property of the State of Fribourg. Tours of the historic building and cellar, and tastings of traditional Lavaux grands crus such as Domaine des Faverges, a certified organic chasselas Saint-Saphorin grand cru, AOC Lavaux, or innovative wines such as L'Évidence, pinot noir, also certified Swiss organic. Beautiful estate with unrivalled views over vineyards and Lake Geneva.
