Wood panelling, mirrors and photos of singing stars straight out of the 1950s provide a warm setting for savouring refined cuisine that's both traditional and inventive, with creative and meticulous presentation. The menu is presented on a slate and varies according to season and market produce, and the service is excellent. Everything is delicious, perhaps noisy at times, but the brasserie atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. A few tables are set up outside on sunny days. A recommended address, remember to make a reservation.

Un des vraiment bons restaurants de Lausanne. Un resto d'après-théâtre, l'Opéra étant à côté. Des vins un peu chers, et malheureusement fermé le week-end!
