Anne-Sophie Pic, the celebrated French chef with three Michelin stars for her house in Valence, orchestrates a gastronomic table in this palace with her usual brio. When you order one of the menus, you'll savor an incredible array of dishes with exquisite flavors and surprising textures, and you won't be able to resist the impressive cheese cart. The menu changes with the seasons, and in fine weather you can enjoy the teak terrace overlooking the park and lake. One of Lausanne's finest restaurants. Cocorico!

Adepte de la cuisine d'Anne-Sophie Pic, nous n'avons absolument pas été déçu par son restaurant situé dans l'Hôtel Beau Rivage. Je recommande chaudement !

C’était une première fois dans un grand restaurant et nous avons vécu un moment inoubliable. Le personnel est plus que compétent et a été au petit soin. Le lieu est parfait ! Et la cuisine….! Un véritable voyage et une expérience qui nous a mis des étoiles plein les yeux. Merci pour tout ça !

La PERFECTION ! Tant au niveau de la présentation des mets (magnifique et si originale), que des goûts (si délicats et parfaitement équilibrés) . Une décoration sobre mais raffinée, à la japonaise. Le service attentionné et sympathique, ce moment fut plus qu'un repas, on a vécu une expérience inoubliable, merci à vous !
