A refined setting in the eponymous hotel. Splendid views and perfect service. Among the dishes served are the unmissable tartares and lake perch. In a lounge with large, drapery-covered windows, you can enjoy classic cuisine enhanced by exotic flavors. If only for a coffee on the terrace when the weather's fine, you'll be able to soak up the atmosphere of a site steeped in history, a mecca for tourism at the beginning of the last century and a contemporary of many geopolitical negotiations.

We go there every year for the anniversary of my wife and I always delighted to enjoy their steak tartare spiced with my season enjoying a superb view of the Lake Geneva and its surrounding mountains.
And what about the plateau of desserts. A delight.
