It is, as its name suggests, an empire of the senses, or almost: the beauty of the setting, opening onto a beautiful view of the mountains, the excellence of the service, the finesse of the presentation, the refinement of the dishes, which are constantly reinvented according to the seasons and the creativity of the team. Un lieu excellent, si connu, deuxième fois et toujours le top, un délice, j'adore tous ces étudiants qui viennent du monde entier, bravo pour leur travail.

Vous arrivez dans une école et en plus le premier jour d’une prise de service, et ça se voit. C’est attendrissant mais on est quand même dans un restaurant 1*. Pour la cuisine, c’est très bon, le plat principal est un peu léger pour une addition qui ne l’est pas. Ça mériterait une garniture plus étoffée. Et un peu plus de français dans les échanges. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas l’anglais c’est très limitatif. Ce fut une expérience intéressante.

Je suis absolument d'avis avec petit futé, l'ambiance au Berceau des Sens est feutrée et chic. Endroit charmant à Lausanne.
