At the foot of the cathedral, this pretty house with green shutters, classified as a historical monument, prepares classic inn-style cuisine, but also Scandinavian specialities. Two kitchens and a choice of two atmospheres (with identical menus): the brasserie, which is friendly but a little noisy, or the elegant corridor with a more intimate atmosphere. To top it all off, the reception is friendly and the terrace very pleasant in summer. The establishment also houses the Giraf bar (drinks and cocktails in a 1980s musical atmosphere).

Un restaurant spécialisé dans la chasse
Un des restaurant dans lequel je retourne souvent quand je me rends à Lausanne. Tous les mercredis de septembre à décembre, c'est soirée "Sanglier". Embroché et rôti presque entier, c'est ensuite à volonté en fonction de vos estomacs. Très bonne carte de vin.
