A new, greedy address of the dynamic and shopping, open mid -2015, rue Grand Saint-Jean. Under the large staircase to find this small restaurant under its grounds light. The room is pleasant, the guests share a few large wooden tables. At the counter open on the kitchen you choose your plates minutes multiplied according to your wishes, on the basis of black rice or quinoa: Japanese (rather Japanese), (rather Indian), Sans Diego (plutôt), with or without proteins. Outdoor chicken and tofu (organic) are Swiss, Norwegian smoked salmon. Here is 100% gluten free. A warm and peaceful atmosphere. A little organic gluten-free shop, also a fair, cork-based business radius.
