An original area all at once tea salon and restaurant, culinary workshop and menu: flavours and meetings, stories and hosts, local products and inspirations. In the kitchen Fatima Ribeiro makes wonders. On the table the creations of Sylvie Godel, a ceramist in Lausanne, adds to the magic. Meals are not only themed but also staged. Art and culinary events! As you have understood, the Strawberry is more than a restaurant. Here is a new little story at each table. Those, for example, Mr Valentine's and his Lady's Di ̂ Ner in porcelain, or the feast of unique porcelain mothers and crockery like our moms…

Open in morning, Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 3pm as well as the Friday evening from 6pm to 11.30pm. Rate of the inventive menus: CHF 70 per person (without drink). By reservation.
