Le service client est le point le plus important pour nous à la boutique. Cette mauvaise expérience est quelque chose qui ne doit pas arriver. Pourriez vous prendre contact avec moi, je suis le manager de la boutique et me dire quel jour vous êtes venu? Cela me permettrait de tracer à qui vous avez eu affaire et de rectifier le tir.
