Nous n'avons pas pu visiter l'Office des Nations Unies et espérions simplement avoir des suggestions sur les endroits où aller à Genève et Vincent nous a aidés sans hésitation même si nous ne sommes pas des clients de l'hôtel. Il a patiemment expliqué et présenté l'histoire des spots qu'il a recommandés - avec son humour qui nous a fait rire jusqu'au bout ! ||Merci beaucoup Vincent et nous espérons rester ici à l'avenir !

We would like to extend our gratitude to Vincent from Concierge for his outstanding hospitality to us. We could not visit United Nations Office and just hoping to get suggestions on where to go in Geneva and Vincent helped us without hesitation even though we are not hotel guests. He patiently explained and introduced the history of the spots he recommended - with his humour that made us laugh all the way! ||Thank you very much Vincent and we hope to stay here in the future!
