Hotel with good prices, breakfast is always served in the room. Clean and comfortable, a good solution as it is 5 minutes walk to the Cornavin station and the lake . Late check in (after 22:00) is done via a safe box

Quite a nice hotel. 7 minutes walk from main train station and surrounded with nice range of restaurants and caffès. Also 2 minutes walking from Geneva lake. Rooms are small but enough and very quiet. They serve the breakfast in the room which basic one. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Le personnel est adorable et je suis sûr qu'ils font toujours de leur mieux, mais je ne peux que noter mon expérience qui consiste à me retrouver dans une chambre avec deux enfants prêts à dormir mais pas assez de lits dans notre chambre. J'ai dû attendre près de 30 minutes et aider le seul membre du personnel à se déployer et à faire le lit qui manquait. Je sais que cela n’arrivera pas à tout le monde, mais c’était un stress majeur pour moi à la fin d’une longue journée.

Location is perfect but the hotel is extremely outdated. It seems nothing has been updated in the rooms since the mid 70s apart from the addition of a tv.
The staff are lovely and I’m sure they are always doing their best but I can only rate on my experience which is having turned up to a room with two kids ready to sleep but not enough beds in our room. Had wait nearly 30min and help the single staff member roll out and make the bed that was missing. I know this won’t happen to everyone but was a major stress for me at the end of a long day.
