The rooms are very basic, poorly soundproofed and rather expensive for their quality, but worth a stop just for the location. The Hotel Admiral is located very close to the Cornavin train station and the lake, a stone's throw from Rue du Mont-Blanc in the lively Pâquis district with its bars and restaurants. Comfortable. This address is therefore useful in the event of an accommodation "breakdown", when other hotels are fully booked. Correct, but nothing more. If ever you're looking for better-value accommodation on the French side of town!

Cet "hôtel" est une blague. Il est probablement situé dans le quartier le plus méchant de Genève... les prostituées et leurs proxénètes dans la rue. La pièce était censée être climatisée. Elle avait un refroidisseur par évaporation qui aggravait l'air déjà humide. Nous ne pouvions pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la mauvaise rue en contrebas. La chambre n'était pas propre. Le sol était en mauvais état. Quand je suis entré dans la douche, mes pieds ont laissé des empreintes sombres et grossières dans la douche. La seule bonne chose, Herr, c'est que le personnel était gentil. A part ça... ce n'est PAS un endroit où vous voulez séjourner, surtout si vous êtes avec des enfants.

Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit et Dieu merci, c'est cher et il n'y a pas non plus de climatisation.
