L'accueil du personnel était formidable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, l'emplacement proche du lac, seules les places de parking étaient limitées et le petit déjeuner n'était pas varié.

Tout était très bien, pour commenter quelque chose qui ne m'a pas plu, je pourrais ajouter qu'au petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas de variété ni de qualité de pain en adéquation avec le reste du repas et que le paiement de la taxe de séjour se fait à l'arrivée. à l'entrée et non à la caisse.

C'est la quatrième fois que je séjourne au Novotel Genève Centre et, comme toujours, le séjour a été excellent ! Personnel super serviable, attentif et poli. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et délicieux !
