A pearl located between the lake and the old town. A house that has been part of the Geneva landscape since... forever. All the suites and rooms are personalized. Some are in duplex and others have a real fireplace. The decoration is very studied and each object is a real work of art: pieces of marquetry, wood carvings, antique furniture that provide a refined setting. A subtle environment, under the sign of the elegance and the sense of the detail. Beautiful living room with fireplace, very cosy for the cold winter evenings!

Hôtel de la Cigogne is a gorgeous hotel in an amazing location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Every second of our stay was wonderful. They even offered to give us adapters when we got to our room. They have thought of everything to make a stay wonderful!

For sure not 5 stars… The hotel is very old and my room was ugly. Very surprised they are under Relais and Chateau and for sure it doesn’t worth the money I paid. Will not recommend it.

Rooms are beautiful. We have stayed many times. But NO washcloths in the Bathroom, asked for 2 extra pillows, never received. Otherwise, we will stay at the hotel again when we visit Geneva.||Thank you for all your help.
