Present in , the hotel is popular because it is close to the train station and the town centre. A sure value, modern and urban.
Are you a Tintin aficionado? Hergé did stay here, and Tournesol and Tintin also made this hotel their favorite haunt. There's a statue of Tintin in the reception area, as we learn in the album L'Affaire Tournesol that Professor Tournesol regularly stayed in this grand hotel, room 122... which didn't exist at first, but was later created, requested by all Tintinophiles visiting Geneva... While the rooms have a basic design, the panoramic room is well worth a visit, opening onto a magnificent panorama of the lake and Mont Blanc.

L'expérience a été fantastique. En arrivant à 10 heures, nous avons pu entrer dans la salle qui se trouvait à l'étage panoramique. La chambre était très bien, elle avait une fenêtre géante d'où l'on pouvait voir toute la ville. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent car il se trouve à la gare centrale et l'aéroport est à 6 minutes en train. Il y a une horloge dans le couloir qui figure dans le Guinness Book et les ascenseurs offrent également de très belles vues.

J'avais réservé un autre hôtel mais après plusieurs retards de vol, je suis arrivé à Genève vers 23h30 et j'ai appris que mon hôtel n'autorisait pas l'enregistrement après 23h. Compte tenu de la température hivernale et de l'heure de la journée, j'ai cherché un autre hôtel à proximité et je suis tombé sur l'hôtel Cornavin. Le réceptionniste était très gentil et arrangeant et m'a réservé une chambre immédiatement et m'a même donné une petite réduction étant donné l'heure tardive. La chambre était propre et la proximité de la gare était très pratique.
