The latest addition to the Geneva area, CitizenM presents a new concept: "contactless". Not really a reception worthy of the name, except for a staff member who can help you if you need it. This hotel chain is now promoting this "touchless in the world" concept through the Android or ioS application.
With the help of your smartphone, you can do everything: book your room, control the temperature, check out... The colorful exuberance of the lobby with its very original decor contrasts strongly with the simple design of these cubicle rooms.

Incroyable hôtel de haute technologie. J'ai adoré le petit-déjeuner où j'ai pu déguster des cafés gourmands à volonté jusqu'à 11h. Le lit était très moelleux et les chambres étaient très propres. Recommande fortement! Sans oublier que l'emplacement est incroyable, car nous sommes à côté de tous les magasins haut de gamme et de Globus.

Les chambres sont petites mais bien équipées, le personnel était très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec une bonne sélection de styles différents. L'emplacement est en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Genève, donc parfait pour explorer.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel Gen Z, avec sa chambre intelligente contrôlée par un iPad, j'ai vraiment apprécié ! La nourriture était bonne, la décoration est magnifique et le personnel était vraiment arrangeant. Le lit était vraiment confortable...||Grand fan !

Séjour agréable - rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel pour un week-end et petit-déjeuner fantastique à un prix très intéressant. Le bar avait une atmosphère agréable toute la journée. J'y retournerai certainement. Notre chambre King avait un lit de style cabine donc pas de table d'appoint (ma seule critique mineure, tout comme je ne m'attendais pas au se5 up), mais très confortable. Les stores occultants étaient incroyables

L'emplacement est parfait, vous êtes littéralement à distance de marche de nombreux magasins et restaurants.
Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et attentionné.
Tout est impeccable et le fait que vous puissiez tout contrôler avec votre iPad dans la chambre est très cool !
Nous envisageons actuellement de réserver des hôtels CitzenM dans tous les autres endroits car celui-ci était vraiment bon !
