The Brasserie of the Parc des Eaux-Vives is an exceptional place for several reasons. Ideally located in the heart of a park with tercentenary sequoias, it is set in an 18th-century mansion overlooking the lake with a breathtaking view of the Jura. It is a gem in a green setting. This greatly inspires Chef Julien Schillaci's cuisine who invites you to a culinary experience. He offers harmonious variations of fish from Lake Geneva like the pike from Lake Geneva served in carpaccio or the true Fera Tartar. There are also several meat specialities, including the tasty Château de Crest pork in Jussy. In summer, L'Etage - it is located upstairs after a flight of stairs from the splendid terrace of the brasserie - offers barbecue with chosen spices. You can enjoy tasty French cuisine too. A special mention goes to these two restaurants and their dream decor, inventive kitchen and, flawless service.

Cadre idyllique mais cuisine très décevante (filets de perche pas assez grillés et servis à peine tièdes, frites froides, tartare de thon servis avec une préparation à base d’olives qui anéantit le goût délicat du poisson). Très dommage !

Le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques, le personnel accueillant et le service irréprochable. La terrasse est superbe. Par contre, quand on rentre à l'intérieur, il manque un peu d'âme et de chaleur dans ces locaux.... Et puis les plates-bandes sont négligées, l'accès à la terrasse depuis le parking l'est tout autant, des mauvaises herbes, un chemin de gravier qui n'en est pas vraiment un, bref un peu d'entretien serait un plus. Quand on sait que le propriétaire est la Ville de Genève, ceci explique cela .....
