The establishment is an institution: difficult to miss during your exploration of the old town. Dating from 1874, it is one of the oldest bistros in Geneva. Did you know that, in the 15th century, its back door gave access to a brothel, located in the rue Chausse Coqs, then known as rue Chausse Cul? The setting is worth a look. Some customers, after having been slutty or not, left their portrait on the walls. Try one of the Swiss specialties: the roesti, or a good entrecote or steak tartare.

Service aux petits soins et super sympa !
Galettes sarrasins (végétarienne et forestière) larges, bien dorées et copieusement garnies, pas sèches du tout !
Nous avons essayé une crêpe mais elle était moins goûtée malheureusement.
Bref, nous recommandons les galettes sans hésiter et attendons une ou deux options végétales salées, merci !
